The cards

Carry it in your pocket.

Every letter, word and sentence in the workbooks is also a flashcard — twenty-eight decks, 707 cards, free. Nothing to make and nothing to type: the decks are already built, in the same order the books teach, so a card only ever asks for something you have already met on a page.

The class is Sanskrit — The Siṃhī Workbooks. One link opens all twenty-eight decks; study in a browser or in the Brainscape app, on any device.

How to use them

Study the deck that matches the pages you are on, not the whole class. A deck is small on purpose — four decks carry a whole workbook — and the cards come back on their own schedule, a little today and a little again in three days, which is how the books already work: nothing is met once.

Say every card out loud. A card you can see but cannot say is not learned yet, and the sounds are read aloud for all of them at The Sounds.
