What to expect in an IST Session?
ONLINE CLIENTS
The Process
After scheduling you will receive a Gmeet link for video conferencing.
On the day of your appointment on Gmeet, you will be in my waiting room until I complete my previous session.
We usually begin with video if your internet connection is good enough to have a clear signal.
After a brief conversation of what brings you to IST and where we are going to direct our focus, we will turn off our video.
You will lie down on a mattress or something comfortable, and we will begin the process of IST.
I will walk you through a meditative technique to begin to move inward.
The energy will land. You will begin to share your experience and we will engage the IST process.
At the end of the session I will have you sit up.
I will summarize the session and give you corresponding homework.
You will ask any clarifying questions about your session or homework.
